The shorter you are the better it is for body building, they just look nicer way faster.
For women anything under 6'2'' might as well be some guys bitch.

honestly 6'0 - 6'2" is the best overall experience for guys and what 90% of girls want. this doesn't mean that anyone a little shorter or a little taller cant be successful in both regards. if your less than 5'4" or a freak beast taller than 6'8" there is no hope unless you become a professional athlete or famous actor/artist or whatever.
