Too much sweating, you have a electrolyte imbalance.
As you do cardio more often, your body uses less electrolytes and more water for sweat. So all you'll need to do is just drink water, but if you're just starting out you'll need a gatorade, smart water, or just buy your own electrolyte packs at wall mart to throw in your bottle.
