Pic rel - that's me. After 15 fucking months of gym experience. In next post I will post my body from before.

I used to do FBW at the beggining, then I've switched to 5x5 stronglifts (8 months).
I've bulked 1.2y, then I am trying to cut but it's horrible.

I've started my cutting from 2800 kcal, now I am on 2000 kcal. ~140g of carbs, ~180g of proteins, ~75g of fat.

I'm eating "pure food" such as rice, chicken, eggs, oats with milk, cottage cheese.
I'm ALWAYS counting macros, and I never eat junk food.

When I started my gym experience, I was 185cm/62kg. I've bulked to 185/76kg, but probably most of this were fat. Now I'm trying to cut and I am 185/74kg.

I'm still learning myself, and obliques seem like a difficult muscle to isolate.

That said, woodchoppers are the exercise I see recommended most often and you can do a version with a barbell (youtube has videos of it) but it looks like you might need specific equipment even to do the barbell version.

Until you have more muscle mass you won't know how you look, really.

I see no reason to think you have hormone issues. I think your only real issue is you need to work out why your lift numbers haven't risen.
