I'm not sure if I should bulk or cut.

I cut from 180lbs to 160lbs from January to May and then went on vacation for two weeks. I drank a lot and didn't lift and lost some progress, so the picture on the right is where I'm at now.

Could anybody offer me some advice on where to go from here?

Couldn't you argue that for every single person on /fit/? The way I see it my body is my canvas and I'm making it the way i want it to be. Accepting the parts of yourself you don't like has always sounded like excuses to me.

What should i do in place of my bandaid? I'm all ears because so far this has been working pretty good for me but hey if there's a better solution, why not?

That's what I see a lot of on here. People that say 'just get a therapist and get over it'. I've been in therapy since I started and they've all agreed this is the best route for me. I mean it's in the DSM. If the professionals don't have an alternative solution who does?

Everything else is about preventing atrophy and deficiencies. Hence the fish oil, vitamins and minerals.

The exercise and large intake of protein are there to stop or slow muscle wasting. Doing the required weight-lifting to achieve that effect will be taxing enough, no need to further torture your body with cardio.

As I said; it's pretty extreme and you need to be careful, but it's pretty much the only option for quick fat-loss (excluding DNP) that doesn't turn you into a complete skeleton.

I followed this while bulking. Focus on compounds and try to add 2 reps to each accessory exercise each session until you can do 15 reps with that weight. Next session, increase the weight and drop the reps back down to 8

Cut volume/reps when cutting. For example if I'm benching 10 reps on bench before a cut, use the same weight but hit 3 sets of 5. Cut accessory exercises as needed to stop burning out and maintain strength

Hey guys, I would really appreciate feedback/advice:

I'm coming from super skele and have been bulking for a few months. Started at 145lbs and now at 169lbs. The problem is, I've gained a lot of weight around my midsection. I've made awesome arm/back/leg/chest gains but holy fuck this gut is killing me

I'm 5'11 and eat either at or below 3k calories a day which is only 200 over my TDEE. I lift 3 times a week but I'm pretty sedentary outside of that. Is this the reason why so much fat is being gained in my stomach? I thought cardio doesn't really affect your bf, it's all your calorie intake? Is it just bad fat-storing genetics since I'm not eating that much over my daily limit?

It's really frustrating. I see people who bulk and make gains and their stomach gets smaller, everything else gets bigger. My stomach gets huge and everything else makes slow but steady gains. I'm sick of this shit and I really want answers or help to why this is happening.
