Crashing your estrogen is NEVER a good idea. It will potentially wreck your lipids and everyone responds to estrogen differently. For example I feel great on ZERO estrogen, rock hard erections, tons of energy and focus, etc. Without bloods it is impossible to determine wtf is going on.

My first ever cycle was 300 test/week and 350 tren ace. I ran test for a little over a month to see how that was and then added in tren ace so I could quickly drop it if the sides became too intense. Things went well and every cycle since has been low test high tren. I have since dropped the test even more to 150/week to further mitigate sides and estrogen issues.
Why did I run tren on my first cycle? Because I used my brain and read shit for months on end and in a logical nutshell bomb at low trt doses of test you DO NOT need to worry about AI dosage which is a huge problem for most people (especially with harsh compounds like tren) and you can just add in tren and other compounds one at a time. Once you identify the sides you go from there.
This is another reason that dyel faggots should NOT take gear. If you don't even know how to recognize the signals your body is giving you while natty you have no business messing with drugs.

I just don't think your first cycle is a good time to experiment. You're already "wasting" your first 3-4 weeks with no real benefits as the test starts working in your body, if you're going to experiment for a few weeks to see how you react before adding and removing other, much harsher and difficult to manage compounds, you might end up with a cycle that ended up doing absolutely nothing.

500mg test-e is just the perfect beginner's cycle because of how braindead easy it is and how little you need to do as you go along. And as it's the base for every cycle you will ever do, you get to fully understand where the sides are coming from in your future cycles. Crashing your estrogen is also kind of difficult unless you're being very stupid with your AI dosage and really, again, even if you do it's not that big of a deal. You'll immediately notice it if you do crash your estro (hello joint pain) so it's a mistake you won't do again.

Been training for two years and I intend to do a cycle by next year.
