Can we make a list of sports that hit muscle groups extremely well? For people who don't like lfiting, but love sports.
I'll start:
>Biceps - Ring gymnastics
>Glutes and legs - speed skating or soccer
>Posture - Ballet or ballroom dances
>Abs - Boxing
>Back - Swimming
Gymnastics for everything. Really.
Grip - Nordic walking
Read somewhere that nordic walkers beat everyone at grip strength, including weightlifters and climbers, wrestlers, etc.
dont soccer players/boxer/swimmer/gymnists do weight lifting because their sport doesnt actually train the muscles you mentioned.
christiano ronaldo is also actually doing weight lifting like squats and shit. heck he even does fuckign bodybuilder poses from time to time so there is that...

Nope. Ronaldo is the exception to the rule and he looks like it. Also, swimemrs have much bigger backs than gymnasts. MUCH bigger.

>It's actually true
What the fuck?
I dunno what olympic divers do. But they have the best abs and quads for some reason. Period.
Look at the difference between waist and thighs on pic.

I dont even want to make a comparison picture between gymnasts and swimmers like phelps, just fucking google it.
You can also google their training routine ffs.
Weight lifting is an important of most, if not all competitive sports.
