I'm currently 160 at 5'10, thinking of losing 10-15 more lbs before i bulk. I'm also on my third month into lifting. I just hit 2pl8 squat and diddy . and 1pl8 on my Bench,rows and frontsquat. and 40 kgs on my OHP. My Question is, Is it possible to cut without losing strength/muscle mass? and if it's possible how can i do it? I'm already eating 120-140g protein per day on a 1500-1800 calorie diet.

Well do you have anything to cut for? Or anything to show for it? If you're under ~15-17% body fat just go for a small bulk. If you're over 20% just eat at maintenance or like 100calories under until you have something to show when you do cut.

But you can do whatever you want man. If you wanna cut now go for it... But if you look anything like I did at 160 then I'd suggest just eating above maintenance.

I think you'll be fine as long as you consume enough protein and other macros

For reference I'm 5'11 @ 175 rn.
Can do 1+ reps at 1/2/3/4 pl8 and I still don't feel like cutting. I started to cut to 8% from about 16 but I don't like how small I am still so I'm staying at 10-12% probably until my two year mark next April.

I believe i'm around 19-20% BF (might be fatter?) got some loose skin cause i lost 70lbs in 4 months. Anyways i've been lifting at maintenance for the past three months and i still look the same. Which made me think to cut then bulk hard

bulk, there's nothing to cut down to, you'll just look like a smaller version of your current self at 150. You'll fill out once you pack on some mass and won't look so weird.

Just eat at maintenance and go running/lift.

You'll burn off the bodyfat
