11lbs in 4 months is solid progress, just keep lifting more and let your physique fill out. The circled area is from your flared ribs probably, focusing on your abs and posture will help fix that. It also looks like you are leaning forward slightly I would recommend strengthening your abs, lower back, glutes, and hamstrings to fix that. I don't know if you already track your calories / macros, but that would help a lot when you don't have a really "clean" diet.
I know it's harder when you're not the one doing the cooking / meal prepping, but even rough estimates will be helpful.
If you get sufficient protein and try to stay under your maintenance for 300-400 calories, it'll be a good cut.

That said, your frame and traps-shoulders-arms all look great.

Yes natty. Today happened to be shoulders/back day, so for delts I did 4 sets each of:

DB OHP
Front DB raises
Side DB raises
Laying DB Rear Delt raises (new fav instead of facepulls)

I've never isolated traps specifically (shrugs etc), seems like they get hit hard enough with all the other isolation work.

I did a brosplit for the first few months then switched to PPL, im thinking of switching to a full body strength split with accesories soon though as i really wanna focus on improving my main lifts

Cutting bodyfat. I would try to put on as much muscle as possible so that if you cut you dont just go into skelly mode. I recommend leaning out to about 15% bf and hovering around there until you put on enough mass to cut and look good

Thanks. 155lb @ 5'9 is natty street all day (for 2 years lifting that is). The low bodyfat is what makes the look work for being so light. It's extremely easy for me to sit in the 170's if I simply wanted to e-stat or brag about gains or being a certain weight like most of fit, but fat pounds aren't impressive imo. Having "visible abs" at 15% isn't an accomplishment nor attractive to me (standards for myself after a couple years lifting, I understand getting any kind of abs is a big deal to most people when they start out).
