Only 95lbs. What the fuck. Why is this happening to me?
I don't think I can make it if I can't even squat 95lbs without pain.
I'm so fucking mad.
your form is shit
your flexibility is likely shit
stretch more, your flexibility is garbo
squatting regularly with good form actually fixes knees quite often. they do for me. if I take time off for a few weeks I always have knee pain when I start squatting again.
also read SS. the squat style in SS is quite gentle on the knees.

not everything is a flexibility problems, faggots. you haven't even seen his squat and you still think immediately assume it's a flexibility problem.

>not everything is a flexibility problems
yes it is.

What is "good form"?
Everyone teaches the squat differently. Who the fuck do I listen to?
What other problems cause knee pain besides putting weight on the toes and not going below parallel?

Start with the bar, add 5lbs each workout. That's how I started, now up to 180 aND still climbing. You'll make it brah.

not those guys but it probably is. I think it's silly that squat is always the first exercise to be prescribed when in fact most people lack the mobility to properly perform a squat. people rarely address this issue when it's one of the most important.

having shit-tier hip-flexibility not allowing you to sit back enough.
