well i'm doing university full time while working full time, so studying.

Play guild wars 2 meal prep or work it sucks though cause working out is what I enjoy most and when I have a rest day if feel like shit if it wasnt for working out id probably be a pathetic sad cunt.

Is cardio ok on rest days or are you just supposed to be a complete lazy shit and not do anything? I feel like I need to do something.

If the gym is open, you should not have any rest days. If the gym is closed, and it is sunny out, you should be outside tanning. No bullshit. Listen to the new Golden Aesthetics Tom Platz interview. Bodybuilding is about style. Back when bodybuilding became cool, these guys were going to the beach 3 hours a day. Usually just chilling, sometimes running or whatever. That's half of the Venice Beach bodybuilding lifestyle. Your hair will get lighter, your skin will get darker. It will make you stand out more.
