lifting weights and getting big and ripped is literally the easiest thing to do and yet people pretend they are "working like hell" or "activating their beastmode".
If you cant lift heavy 3-5 times a week without it being the focus of your life, you should get your shit together

Lifting is just a hobby. You also have to be successful in your real life
