I'm trying to set up a standard number for my average meal.
This is how my average meal look like, plain rice, sometimes lentils or other grains (sometimes not), and a protein, usually meat or chicken.
Is it safe to say there is 600 calories here, 700 with the ketchup?
Trying to cut slowly, 5 pounds per month, or is 5 pounds per month too much? Just wanna lose 10 pounds.
