Hey guys , I've been doing 5x5 SL for a month and a half now , but I'm noticing that I'm having 0 gains in my triceps ( most other major muscle is getting a bit bigger every week ) , what is a good target exercise that I could do to train my triceps while I'm doing SL ?

Don't lean forward though. Keeping completely upright will work your Triceps heavily whereas leaning forward offloads that shit onto your pecs.

I just do skull crushers for tri isolation.
Those 3 x 12 twice a week combined with heavy pressing (Bench 2x a week, OHP 1x a week, dips 1x a week) has made my triceps explode.
Seriously its ridiculous.
Granted Im not a newbie so it took a bit of time to get them to where they are now

Look at any forum or website, skullcrushers are listed as the best tricep isolation 9 times out of 10.
Even rippletits says so.

specifically, they made the long head of my triceps much larger.
the lateral head has always been pretty pronounced on me, but now the long head is just as pronounced. It makes my arms look hug when I am just relaxed and walking (when biceps are relaxed, Triceps are semi-flexed)
