Hey guys I need advices from you guys, I'm about to start a Polyphasic Sleep, I'll start with Everyman. Could it harm my muscle growth or weight gain as a skeltal who have been working out for a month?

Its going to seriously fuck up your ability to gain muscle, but since you're a skeleton of a new lifter you'll be able to gain some muscle regardless of what else you do so long as you're in a surplus.
It will affect your recovery.
Starting with the Everyman or the Uberman will be torture.
I use to sleep biphasic naturally when I worked night shift, never slept or felt better.
Dude I don't think you are some wall street trader that needs this kind of harmfull sleeping routine just stop wasting time on your computer and you'll be much more productive and awake without this shit.
only a true autist would think he needs to fuck with natures intended sleep schedule like some computer being optimized for max performance
congratulations on being retarted

>just stop wasting time on your computer
Yea man, I try to figure out how to hack my body to get bigger by learning these internets memes besides working out daily. Things getting worse since I've been working out, always paranoid about my muscle is shrinking, masturbate like crazy, my sleep schedule also fucked up and I have to fasting. I just want to live a healthy lifestyle why it is so hard :-(

Again I believe that overwhelming information and too much exposure to computers, phones and other bright lights like these fuck me up .

Apparently, nature intended for us to have 2 sleep periods. Dont know about cutting sleep time to less than 6 hours tho. If you're that desperate for time, you should just get off 4chins.

>Going to sleep 1460 times a year
Maybe if you're demented.
Easy sleep guide:
>Go to sleep the same time everyday
>Sleep 7h
>Get up, no snoozing
>repeat 4 5ever
