What is your sleep schedule like /fit/?
I fall asleep around 4am everyday and wake up in the early afternoon.
This can't be good for me or my gains. I just really like night time...and i stay up on the internet..

Fall asleep around 2pm wake up around 10pm. Been trying to fix my sleep schedule by going to bed at midnight in addition to this, but I still get tired at 2pm.
During my freshman year of college I got very little sleep and my gains grinded to a halt. Felt exhausted and lifts stalled. Even though my sleep schedule is weird right now I still feel good and lifts are progressing.
Unless you feel like shit I wouldn't worry about it hurting your lifts, you still should try to get back on a normal track, though.

reading everyone else's shite sleep schedules in this thread make me feel better about my own
usually get to sleep around 2am and wake up at 10 or 11am. been trying to get to sleep earlier but it's a slow process, at least I'm not up until 5 in the morning anymore.
I have the freedom to get as much sleep as I want but my body doesn't want to stay asleep for more than 5-6 hours

Sleep at 7:00-8:00 AM, wake up at 3:00-4:00 PM for the 7 days when I work. My weeks off are fucked. Might stay up 'til noon and wake up any time between 10:00 and midnight

Go to sleep around 23:00-01:00 and wake up around 06:30-7:30
