A "serving" of vegetables, as defined by my country's food guide, is fucking tiny. I checked one of my usual go-to dinners out of curiosity, and it was worth four. Considering I eat veggies with every meal, I'd wager I get at least 8, probably closer to 12 a day.

pretty much only eat different types of lettuce, cherry tomatoes, corn, bell peppers, peas and carrots

2 fruits
1 random vegetable
1 fatty vegetable (nuts, olives, avocado)
1 freen leafy vegetable (spinach, broccoli)
