You're either eating too little carbs or excessive protein. Could also be that you're losing muscle mass due to a lack of glycogen.

You could still be eating too little, thus depleting your muscle glycogen and ending up with literally pissing out your muscle. Try bumping up your post-workout carbs a tad.
