Sure. Just make sure your training reflects your goals. That means don't do a super low volume strength routine if you're trying to get huge.

Also, it depends on how your body responds to the training. I never got big doing full-body routines. I most of my strength on a full body, but just about all the fucking size I have has come from high volume body-part split routines.

You don't have to do that at all. It's true that being stronger makes it easier to get bigger. But the opposite is equally true; if you're bigger it's easier to get stronger.
Of course we're talking about maximal strength here (1RM). Regardless of whether you're training for maximal strength or hypertrophy, you must always strive to increase your strength. You don't get bigger if you can't get your numbers up.

Yes. If you're heavy compounds are going up, you will get bigger. Also, eat.
On days in-between LISS cardio.
You can get your noobie gains and look somewhat good. But you won't look excellent until you up the volume and training. Or do steroids.
