How do I get taller and stronger? I'm currently 5"7 and pretty scrawny. I've heard HGH works but I don't know how to find it without a doctor's prescription. Is there any alternative to HGH that would have similar effects?
I'm starting to work out but not sure what routine would be best. I'm just lifting random stuff I find around the house and running in place and stuff. There's this one (trans)girl I've been trying to impress for 3 years now. Fit straight guys are starting to take an interest in her and I need to get fit asap to make sure I keep her in the long run. I love her so much but she's always just kept me at a "maybe." She's chubby and my friends say they don't know what I see in her but it's just what I like, anon. We used to text and call each other often but idk what happened. I've been really depressed these past few months but we started talking again recently. Now I want to get built for the next time we meet.
