What does /fit/ eat for breakfast every morning?

Pic related, kale, spinach, lemon juice, and olive oil. Helps me shot every day or two or else I only shit once every three days

I make oat jars a week at a time. In a 10-12oz jar I fill it 1/3 with oats, then just enough milk to cover the oats, a sprinkle of chia seeds, two big spoons full of Greek yogurt, and then something else to add flavor. The past three weeks it has been apple slices and cinnamon, then Adam's peanut butter, and before that honey and blue berries.

It tastes great, keeps me full until lunch, and it really easy to just grab and go, which is great for a lazy fuck like me.

The smoothie is usually random fruits, but it's most often a frozen banana, a cup of frozen strawberries, a serving of kale, 2 cups of almond milk and sometimes frozen blueberries with a tbsp stevia.

Tomorrow might be different, though. I made black bean brownies and those things are only around 50 calories per brownie. I'm thinking I'll just eat a crapload of those instead or eat the batter like a child. All that fiber and protein and chocolate.

Pic related is god sent. Takes 5 minutes to put together before bed, leave in fridge, and you have delicious oatmeal ready when you wake up. Just put it in the microwave for a minute if you hate cold oatmeal like me
