/fit/ I'm fucking dying and I don't have health insurance

/fit/ I'm fucking dying and I don't have health insurance so I can't go to the doctors. I live with my parents and they don't want to pay for it, and they won't let me go to the doctor cause we'd be paying out of pocket and haven't had health insurance for years. I could pay for it but I just have a minimum wage part time job stocking grocery at night shift that's paying for college.

So I'm consulting the /fit/ doctors for advice. Do I try to fix each problem on its own, or try to get some cheap health insurance and go to a doctor for a one time visit?

>arm goes numb constantly, usually while driving or when I wake up from sleeping. from shoulder to wrist
>hand goes numb when I'm on the computer, tendons in my wrist twang around and causes mild pain when I move hand forward or to sides. Can't do 80% of exercises cause pressure on hand causes pain, and weakens grip. Have had carpal tunnel in the past. requires surgery at worst. I do body weight fitness, and do tons of wrist exercises but I think the root of the problem can't be solved with just warmups

I would like to get vitamin deficiency tests, maybe a testosterone level test to see if those are fine as well. I'm 20 btw. 5'10.5, 145lbs

Idk I think my diet is fine. I worshipped and studied /fit/ food guides for a good 2 years and my parents make dinner for all of us. I eat mostly healthy otherwise. Could do with more salads and fruit I guess.

But these wrist issues are killing me.

Tell your parents to go fuck themselves. Sign up for Medicaid/Obamacare, go to a free clinic or some other pro bono place, etc., and find out what to do. If you're not poor enough for free healthcare, work out a payment plan with a private practice and pay out of pocket yourself.

Not life threatening, you probably have a minor autoimmune response (inflammation) to the repetitive movements (I.e. lifting). Scoliosis is unlikely to have gone undetected for so long, however spina bifidia occulta is common and not a big deal (very minor) or anything they would try to fix.

As for the vitamin and testosterone tests, you can get those done at places like 'AnyLabTestNow' for a bit
