Is there a bodybuilding starter program? Like how starting strength is for powerlifting. I've done starting strength for awhile and have gotten decently strong but didn't achieve the aesthetic I wanted.

You could have started out reading the sticky ;)
Get banned, kid.

I've read the sticky a bunch of times. All of the example programs are powerlifting.

at least all the beginner programs are.
You can make SS a "bodybuilding" program by adding in curls, calf raises, wrist curls, lat raises, incline bench, and rows/chin-ups. Just keep in mind it will be hard to get a "cut" look while also maximizing your muscle gain. I suggest 6 months of such a routine (enough time to hit 1/2/3/4) and then a slower gain period while you eat less fat.

Just don't believe rippetoes autistic nonsense about how adding exercises will make you lose your gains etc. if you're a teenage male you can easily handle 2-3 hour workouts 3 days a week. Just look at all high school athletes. You can do it.
Also don't listen to the lazy fucks who tell you to do nothing on your non lifting days. On these days do some moderate intensity cardio and ab work as well as bodyweight push-ups and chins throughout the day.

Not OP but is this suggestion also applicable for fat folk new to lifting on a cut?

Starting strength is what you should start with if you want to go into bodybuilding. There's no point to hitting your pecs from 8 different angles when the muscle is atrophied to a shrivled up nothingness.
Just do a PPL... or Greyskull hypertrophy routine

I think fat guys will be able to lift well and make gains on a maintenance diet or a slight cut. Definitely not a 1000 cal cut or anything though your body needs fuel. Fat dudes will probably hit 1/2/3/4 faster so that's an advantage and once you hit that level you can do a hard cut to go for the slim belly.
It's recommended you do a strength program for at least 6 months. Just add in some accessories and you'll be fine. It's important to build a solid foundation first. Just don't do stupid shit like squat 3 or more times a week if aiming for aesthetics.

No. Do squat 3 times a week for the first couple months, at least until you have a 2 plate squat.

Should read Practical Programming. Tells you all you need to know about how to achieve your fitness goals

what about something that isnt 6 days a week?
