Fit/izens

After 10 months of hard work at the gym and getting closer to my goal body, I got sick randomly (pneumothorax, my right lung fucked up) and lost 8 pounds during my two weeks at the hospital. Now I still have to wait 3 weeks till I can go to the gym again and I feel I am loosing strenght and weight as I don't move much and don't eat much

Does this ever happened to one of you ? What do except killing myself because I'm a faggot ? Should I keep taking a high level of protein ?
