People on here are pathetically uneducated, im cuttinf for 3 1/2 months and lost 20 lbs and my bench went up 5 lbs cause im not fucking retarded

If done without DNP, you've lost mostly water.
When your cutting PROPERLY your scale weight should really bump up and down constantly, trending downwards overtime.....if it's a STRAIGHT drop downwards, that's water weight.
To give you an example, when I start cutting, my scale weight goes up and down, even in the first week. I don't get any dramatic 5-10lbs loss in the first week. I trend downwards zig-zagging up and down from the very first week.
