What lift do you think is most impressive for a 6ft, 185lb dude lifting for six months? A 2 plate bench, 3 plate squat, or 4 plate dead lift?
>>37283321
Depends on what his numbers were when he started.
>>37283321
3 pl8 squat.
everyone who works out at my gym stop going up in squat weight after 2 pl8. everyone except this one 185 lbs Asian guy who does 4 pl8 for reps

The squat or the bench

Holy fuck this even though I'm not an exception
>first couple months of lifting, squats were disproportionately stronger than other lifts
>got up to two plates without too much of an effort
>see huge bearded guy go into the squat rack
>think 'oh fuck this is gonna be cool'
>he warms up with 135 and moves on to two pl8
>only throws on some 10s after that
>wheezing, form wasn't that great
>kinda confused but I'm DYEL so can't judge
Went on a cut because I was fat before I started lifting and now I'm doing lmao 185 4x5
It's been a couple months, please kill me.
For me I would definitely day 3plate squat. 2 plate bench was tough to reach but once I got it I quickly got to the point where I can 2 plates for 10 ten reps. I never dead lifted before, and first try I maxed out at 305 but I feel if I diddy'ad every week I'd get 4 plate in no time. Squats I think are the hardest to perfect. I can get 2 plates for reps but never achieved 3 plate. I think my max ever was 290

Dont dwell too much on gaining fast
I stalled for a year as a beginner because I knew nothing and did a shit program
Now im pretty much the strongest natty on /fit/

Sounds like you're totally dicking around and that's why your progress is shitty
My squat is my worst lift. It's shamefully bad and i'm not even chicken legged.
>tfw 1.5pl8 squat for a couple of reps
Feels bad man
Anyone recommend a good routine for increasing strength on squat?

Literally who are you?
I'm pretty sure that Lotus is squatting and deadlifting in the 500s and 600s and I think one of the fraud guys has hit a 400lb bench.

I post mainly on /plg/
Actually forgot to turn my trip off.
I've done 285kg/185kg/315kg or 628lb/410lb/695lb in competition at 104kg
Benched 195kg/430lb tng in the gym, deadlifted 317.5kg/700lb quite easily with straps in the gym
>fraud guys
Well, I said "strongest natty" tbf
