looking for very high protein very low cal foods besides meat.

i want to eat a chicken quarterleg 300-400g broccoli and some soup every day but this puts me at about 75 protein.

at 175 cm 13%bf i would like to aim for at least 100. so i am looking for foods very low cals very high in protein, but not meat.

They aren't, but protein combining is so easy you almost don't have to think about it. If you're really worried about it there are plenty of guides made by vegans you can use.
