What is is about this cereal that gives me normal poops? I haven't had a regular shit in years without miralax, and fiber is not a problem as I eat a lot of vegetables and beans.

What's your diet like on a typical day?
>>
>>37261329
Breakfast
>I don't enjoy breakfast foods too much. Typically leftovers from dinner the night before

Lunch
>Typically something light, like soup and steamed vegetables like broccoli

Dinner
>Usually beans and rice or chili. Might make a salad on the side if I'm not too lazy.

Vegetable portions are big too.
>>
Are you constipated or is it diarrhea? Any coffee or supplements?
>>
Could be the extra milk OP; if you are getting enough fiber and still not pooping it's probably from a lack of fluid.

>dinner usually beans and rice or chili
>eats leftover dinner for breakfast
maybe eat less rice

Before discovering it gave me normal poops, I would have chronic constipation. Wouldn't shit for a week without the Miralax. I thought for a time it might be gut bacteria and ate a lot fermented food products, also no dice. Dont drink coffee no supplements.

I drink plenty of water everyday. Dairy in general is not something I consume at all.
>>

I have 300g of rice max in a given day. Always go for more beans or chili then rice.

Are you 'murica or from a country with healthcare? It might be worth seeing a doctor to make sure your bowels are ok.
>>

I am and I admit I should have gone in the years that I had this constipation, but now that I've discovered the raisin bran should I still bother?
>>
>>37261578
Gonna go buy me some raisin brawn
>>
I like plain bran flakes with milk, a tablespoon of vanilla whey and some frozen raspberries or strawberries.
