If this is the official bird of gains, what is the official fish of gains?

Tuna is known as "the chicken of the sea"

Tuna is near the top of it's food chain, though, so it has a lot of mercury.

Tilapia.
Tilapia being bad is a meme.
>>37261206
Yeah it has mercury but it's the most similar to chicken. Cheap, high in protein, mild taste, easy to cook with. Salmon's healthier, but the "of gains" title has nothing to do with health.
Tilapia. Godlike balance of nutritional profile, price, and ease of cooking. You can overcook it to shit and it'll still be tenderer than mommy's tendies.

Salmon no doubt m8

Farmed tilapia is good, wild tilapia tastes like someone shat in a fish mold and let it gel

I doubt anything comes close to Tilapia in terms of protein and omega-3 content, so it would have to be that.

top kek
There's this kebab chicken frozen meat in the store I go to
It's 340 calories and 60 grams of protein for the entire bag
Will I die if I eat one of those a day?
It's 1.50 a box
>>37264441
Why should you die?
It will taste fad after some time but get some spices and you are fine.
That and some eggs, a can of tuna and you are good with your protein
>>37264261
Tuna and salmon have tilapia beat on protein, don't know about omega 3 but they certainly both taste better than tilapia
>>37264486
I've been eating a kilo of quark for about 7 months. They gave me 700 cal and 150 grams of protein
It grew tiresome after those 7 months so I cut it in half
I don't think that I'll get tired of eating the kebab chicken because I can cook
Lionfish was pretty high in protein when I checked. Also tastes awesome.
>>37264487
Tilapia has 104 out of 129 kcals from protein, 80%
Tuna has 120 out of 184 kcals from protein, 65%
Salmon has 80 out of 208 kcals from protein, 38%
So Tilapia wins against those
>>37264509
holy shit, zero calories from fat, according to some website
But probably pretty much impossible to get anywhere...
