And I had similar injury, though self-diagnosed, because retardation. Tried to retract my scapular while failing a deadlift. Felt like wet paper tearing inside my mid back by the spine. Took ~2 months before I could engage posterior chain comfortably, and many months after until the tightness from the scar tissue dissipated.

The way I see it, you input your max from which week 1 day 1, 2, and 3 sessions are calculated. I'd prefer you to lowball your max a bit.
The weight you use in all subsequent sessions depend on the reps you got on the respective sessions.
Meaning, if you got 8 reps on Week 2 day 1, you don't increase the weight for Week 3 day 1. Yet if you got more than 6 reps on Week 2 day 2, you increase the weight per guidelines for Week 3 day 2. And the same thing for day 3.

The percentages are just for starting out. As far as I understand it you enter your maxes, perhaps low allied a little and then run the first week.
You then repeat last weeks weights on the second week and then you increase them for the 3rd week depending on how many reps you got on the AMRAP.

Ah brilliant, there is no way I will be setting any.
I only turned 18 last month so I think I'm still Sub-Junior this year. at a bodyweight of around 182lb, and a PB 837lb total I hope most people wont even notice me.
