Alright boys time for a fit story.
>was bulking
>wanted to increase calories but didn't want to get fat
>used a fat burner for a month while eating 4k calories
>Increased bench to 230 4x8 from 185 4x8 in about a month and a half.
>after the fat burner I decreased calories to 3k
>my weight only fluctuated about 5 pounds in that month.
Am I a fucking idiot? Or did the in crease calories help me lift more while the use of the fat burner help me burn more calories so that I wouldn't gain fat? Can anyone help explain?
yeah you're a fucking idiot

Explain

You basically just discovered why people use pre-workout stims
>Fat Burner
You're a fucking idiot

Never used preworkout before. It the same shit as a fat burner? I know both have alot of caffeine but not sure what the differences are.
Your lifts went up because you ate more food (more food, more energy, more power) and the "fat burner" is just a stimulant so basically a pre-workout.
You increased your lifts and your muscles developed so your TDEE went up and you didn't get fat.

All I want to know is how that stick is phasing through the post on the bottom right...

Shit senpai thanks for that
Anyone recommend any good stimulants?
>cocaine

They're both full of stimulants, which help you workout harder. The big difference is that "fat burners usually have some sort of appetite suppressant (most of the good appetite suppressants are banned though) and pre-workouts usually have supplements in them that give you a better pump. The majority of the benefits of either comes from the stimulants.
Are preworkout stims going to help you get over a plat permanently if you stop taking them?

Platues aren't a thing
