if you want mine opinion:

1. 3x5 is too little volume, even with AMRAP in the beginning. 5x5 will give you more hypertrophy, because you will stay in the 70-80% range, while 3x5 will have you push your strength more of the time. AMRAP is a great tool though.
2. Squats last is a bad idea. You need to have a fresh core to not get hurt, and chins, rows, ohp etc all use the core.

3. deadlift once per week is WAY to little for beginners. especially if you're practicing form and technique. you should do it 3 times per week in the beginning. the weight is not heavy enough to drain you.

Can you rate my modified 5/3/1 Full Body routine?
Basically added one assist move to each day to target bi/tri/delt, and instead of squatting 3x a week I just made it so I have a general lower body move each day (squat, DL, and hang clean).
Here it is, AxBxCxx with 3x hill sprints a week.

DB rows, 2x8, 1xF (heavy set)

I'm doing a scheme that's been written by Jim Wendler himself (5/3/1 beach body) with slight changes that are more in line with the traditional 5/3/1 scheme anyway.

Way too little work, you could seriously do abcabcx if you wanted to keep it the same. I think 5/3/1 is a pretty mediocre program for anything but deadlifts, once a week workouts is so little, you really don't need a week to recover.

That's why I split it up the way I did; even though each lift is being done only once a week, each muscle group is being hit 2-3x during the week. That was my intention.
Before this,I was doing a 3 day body part split based on 5/3/1, I think this is better than that.

What would you add? Or, should I split it up into A and B workouts (Squat/bench/assist and deadlift/ohp/asisst) and do AxBxAxxBxAxBxx for increased frequency?
