just buzz cut it and give zero fucks about your hair.
For a man it is not that important as a woman
>hair is muscle
Jesus fucking christ, I'm leaving this fucking site for good...
>>37096779
>not doing hair curls or hair pull ups
Are you even trying to make it?
>>37096779
wtf m8 Nobody said that. It's about moving muscles on your head to provide better bloodflow
>>37096824
>baldness is caused by restricted bloodflow
Okay, I'm leaving. You guys are retarded.

25 and it has been 2 and a half years since i noticed my hairloss, but i guess it started earlier than than. I'm still between the 2 and 2.A phase though and not loosing hair on the back for now. I hope the pace stays this slow.

So why minox stimulates bloodflow? You can see clear results when using it. Moving your muscles gives the same results for free.
>>37096677
Without before and after pics or any evidence, it's just another desperate scheme.

>Not knowing that DHT in the scalp restricts blood flow to hair follicles

saw this website 5 years ago when i started losing my hair and did that scalp exercise religously for 9 months straight (2x a day for 10-20 mins everyday) then on and off from then until now
i still lost more hair during that time but my hair looks almost the same, it didnt help me regrow hair but it may have help me maintain it
i personally think switching to a sulfate free shampoo made the biggest difference
i havent done those scalp exercises in a couple of months and havent noticed any difference in hair loss recently but i will try to start doing them again just in case
its worth a shot if you have thinning hair, it wont make you regrow hair but could help you maintain it, i highly recommend using a sulfate free shampoo to everyone though whether they havr started losing their hair or not
i use hanz de fuko shampoo, before that i used john masters organic bare unscented shampoo (which i liked better because its unscented but the hanz de fuko shampoo lathers better)

>tfw you have god tier hair genetics
>tfw every woman who ever touches your hair raves about how thick it is
Feels good bros.

As i thought it will be good for maintaining healthy hair. For regrowth you should try massaging your scalp in bald places (to get the grease clogging your follicle out)
