i started my first bulk two weeks ago and it seems that ive gained 1 kilo per week.

but i'm eating only 200calories over my maintenance, my diet is clean too.

is that a normal progress for someone whos doing his first bulk?

thougt 1 kilo per week seems a lot, but also heard newbies make noob gains.

I bet you aren't. But anyway, the first couple of weeks can get weird if you drastically changed what you eat and how much you work out. If it's the same next week as well eat less.

1kg per week on 200 calories over maintenance definitely sounds wrong, even with newbie gains that's a lot.

Did you weight yourself at the same time of the day both weeks? Better do it in the morning after taking a shit.

yeah i ended my first cut, and it was a really big deficit...
i thougt it was the reason, so i didnt freak out the first week, but thats the second and still the same.
i do feel like i have mroe strenght tho.

so thats pretty accurate, i weight everything i eat and track calories.

How large was the deficit? I hope you didn't jump like 1000 calories from one week to the next.

at then end i was eating at 1500 calories a day, at most, because it was my first ever cut, was totally dyel anyway and had so much fat to lose that i didnt bother.

it took me a a week of increasing my daily calories, everyday, progressively, to be able to each my maintenance, then i started bulking.

my calorie goals fresh from the morning is 2600.
before that i think i was at 2400 or so.

i'm 6'3 for 185 lbs (84.4kg for 192cm).

At 2600 you're way above maintenance if you were a fatass at the begginning of your cut. Do an estimation of your TDEE, then of how much you spend lifting/cardio, and ad 200 or 300 Cals if you're aiming at a really clean lean bulk.
