How do you get out of a plateau, /fit/?

I did start out very weak; could barely bench 95 lbs and DL 1pl8. After 6 months of lifting, I can finally bench 1pl8 and DL 2pl8. I know this is still very weak by /fit/ standards but I have sadly hit a plateau and can't seem to lift any more. What am I doing wrong? Even if I add 2.5 lb to both sides, I fail to do more than 3 reps.
Lmao it's because you're a manlet

Hows your diet? What does your routine look like?
>Yeah i know, manlet, fuck off
The fact you even needed to include that sentence is pretty fucked up and says something about yourself
Concern yourself with only the shit you can actually control

2.7k sounds fine. What is your routine?
