skinny manlet with a bmi of 17 here
Is it okay to eat something like this for lunch every day to gain weight?
holy shit i've been eating subway thinking my sandwiches are like 600 calories
i get
double turkey
wheat bread
provolone
lettuce
onions
oil/vinegar
salt pepper
foot long
how many calories is this? is there like a calculator on subways website or something
No. It's high in sodium and in fat. While the fat meme is debatable, /fit/ can agree that high sodium will raise your blood pressure and probably cause a heart attack.

What if I ate foods low in sodium afterwards so I wouldn't get beyond 100% of my daily value?
>>37069059
How about eating actual food instead?
>>37069059
No. But i think you already know that. The amount of sodium in that meal alone is horrendous.
You can make up your caloric deficit in much healthier ways.
Eat more meals. Make sure you are taking in carbs with those meals, rice, bread, oats, etc.
you want a good weight gainer drink this shit
half a cup of oatmeal
handful of blueberries
scoop and a half of whey
full glass of milk
one whole banana
tablespoon of peanut butter
eat 8 meals a day you fucking tweaker and drink that shake twice a day
