i'm currently 152 trying to cut to ~145.

I don't care for bodybuilding, or building muscle in any way. thus protein isn't a big problem. "hitting macros" to support "gains" doesn't seem important at all. it's cals.

yeah, I get that i'm missing important micro-nutrients. but- you can cut eating only ice cream, given that you're at a caloric deficit, no?

1600 cals of ice cream a day, obviously isn't "healthy", but from a purely fat loss view, it's fine. no?
