Hey! So I read the sticky and I've been doing cardio and counting my calories for like a month but I havnt lost any weight- I actually GAINED weight!
How is this possible? Am I bloating or something from changing my diet?
Especially around my face has become kind of chubby, see? Is it possible that this is some sort of unique genetic reaction? What type of Doctor should I talk to to figure out what's wrong with me? A nutritionist or something?

Anyway, I hope your not just arbitrarily counting calories, and you've made a calculation on your maintenance amount and your eating like 500-1000 calories under that.

You've collected enough data now to calculate how much you should be eating. 3500 calories = 1 pound. So if you've gained a pound a week, that means you are eating 500 calories per day more than you burn. (3500 / 7 = 500.) Conversely, to lose a pound a week, you need to eat 500 calories per day less than you burn, in other words, 1000 calories a day less than you're eating now. Just as an example.
