Lol crunches, do dragon flags man or hanging leg raises man, crunches will only get you so far, when I started doing dragon flags and hanging leg raises all my lifts went up and my abs started popping, make sure to add in stomach vacuums as well so your gut doesn't get extended and your waist and everything gets cinched in.
