It's hard to use because you have a weak core and probably weak grip and weak shoulders. Try doing it on your knees with the wheel slightly elevated, or just do easier core work until you can handle it.

It's one of the best ab workouts and the hardest.

You still need to diet to see the abs but it creates and destroys your will to live on path to having a stronger core.

I do 10 rollouts every rest day holding them for 10 seconds each. Just to sneak them in there before a shower and even that feels like it's strengthened my core tremendously
