Arimidex stops aromatising from happening i.e. Gyno. Nolva reduces estro and reduces sides of excess estro i.e. Gyno, but not totally.

I know, exactly so now that i HAVE the mild gyno.. nolva or arimidex wont do shit, right?

Is it possible that it might just go away on its own? I hear that letrozole can remove mild gyno?

Use Arimidex
Dont drink milk
Pray to God you lose most of it.

You should have been on Nolva as soon as you started noticing the gyno.
