It's okay to hate yourself right now because you can improve yourself and maybe one day you'll stop.

Start eating less, lift more, run more/jump rope/bike.

Download myfitnesspal and put everything that goes down your miserable gullet into it. Pick a calorie level with a deficit and stick with it.

Literally me right now. Except I'm 21 and 263 (started 280). Only water. Eggs n rice in the morning. Chicken broccoli and rice for lunch. Fish rice and broccoli for dinner.
