i started out with 4 days not eating at all, i know it was dumb but i liked a girl and wanted to loose weight fast after that i wasn't really hungary at all. if im hungary i eat some low cal shit like veggies

Distract yourself. Go for a walk for when you feel hungry. Play vidya. Watch a movie. Most hunger pangs end after a couple of minutes. Also get some fucking willpower
