How much water do you actually need as a lifter?

I don't want to hear this shit about needing 3-4 liters of water a day, I actually tried that shit once and was pretty much pissing 30 times a day.

I'm at 6'2 at 150 pounds and I drink like 4-5 litres a day. If I drink less, I feel like shit. But I know friends who lift and weigh alot more and only drink half
