Keep in mind, the surgery to remove lose skin is both brutal and expensive.

The recovery time is 3+ months, you have tubes and sacks hanging from your body, you're constantly going to have to drain puss and mucus from your wounds out of the aforementioned sacks, it's extremely easy for things to get infected, and after you recover you generally have to go under the knife again for cosmetic touch-ups.

The cost is something like 20-50k, depending on your surgeon and where you are in the states. I think Euros can get it done for free though.

If you ask me, it is up to the judges to judge fairly and maintain the high standard by ensuring that only people with good physiques get to win.
