Start rock climbing and go to a climbing gym. Ton of qt3.14s who are all in shape and usually wearing yoga pants.

In general, find a place that not stupid sluts would go to. Also, dont just be an autist and go for one girl, that works in almost zero situations. You have to befriend a ton of people and get known by regulars in the climbing gym for example. There you will ultimately be introduced or put in a situation where you can introduce yourself. Also it will be less creepy when you are in a social situation not you trying to get her number. Just be natural.
