I've been keeping 500 under maintenance besides yesterday, I ate just over maintenance.

I am at 5 days off right now. Feeling great though, fluids are not as yellow, more energy. Libido is back.

Lost 1.5 inches on waist and about 15 pounds. Don't think I lost hardly any muscle mass at all.

hello I just received a shipment of dnp and to make sure it was authentic I tried burning it with a lighter and it didnt explode. It mostly burned like sugar does. Then I put it in some water and while it did stain the water yellow it was a slight see through yellow. nor did it completely dissolve. what I got was crystal dnp so does that change how it reacts with water and fire? it did stain the fuck out of my hands when I took it out of the pills though.

Any thoughts on if I got screwed or not

100mg raises your metabolism by 11%. 200mg 22%, etc. Do the math.

If your TDEE is 2500 kcal, then 500mg would raise it to 3875 kcal. If you ate around 2000 kcal, you'd lose around a half pound of fat a day.

If you ate 1200, you'd burn off 2675 kcal a day: or 3/4ths of a pound of fat.

Seriously, do the math. It's not that hard, and it's vital to getting the most out of this stuff.

2) I always ate at 3200cals for my last 2 cycles, and I felt like I was on fire. If I ran 250mg for 3 days and 500mg for 5 days eating at a -400cal defecit, would I experience rapid fat loss?

3200 kcal sounds like a lot to take in unless you're just plain massive. Why would you eat at a surplus when the sole reason to take DNP is to lose fat?

If anything, you should be eating at a deficit with most of your daily macro coming from protein. I bet the reason why you felt like a human furnace during your last cycles was precisely because you pigged out, probably on carbohydrate, which is immediately burned off under the effects of DNP. This raises your body temperature beyond that for the ideal homeostasis and can have detrimental effects on your long-term health on top of being immediately hazardous. This also answers your question about carb depletion.

This question leads me to believe that you haven't even read the pastebin, let alone having done any semblance of proper research on DNP. Just a cursory glance at the pastebin's contents should give you all the information you need to satisfy what you were wondering about. I implore you to keep in mind that you're taking tiny doses of fucking poison, and that you're supposed to take the utmost precaution when doing it.

From what I've read, no. If you don't carb deplete, the subsequent depletion on the cycle is a calorie sink that your body will need to make up for later. If you do carb deplete, you've sped up your weight loss simply because of the extra calories you burned off eating at a deficit pre-cycle.

You'll have to do the math for your dosage and caloric deficit; I believe it was 11%/15% increased BMR for crystal/powder respectively, per 250mg daily dosage. You'll lose fat fast, but there's nothing unsafe about a 400kcal deficit on a 500mg dosage.

Just got my shipment from 24dnp, 11 days after ordering and 9 days after the status changed to 'shipped' (he's UK, I'm US). The capsules weigh 500mg, I really didn't want to break open one to weigh the contents and risk staining myself.

Took a capsule, now I prepare myself for a day or 2 worth of "oh god am I overheating" hypochondria.
