>I thought I told you too much protein will give your liver problems son!
>>
If you're taking more than 30 g proteins/meals you're a faggot.
>>
Yeah Dad, that is why I am taking yours!
>>
>>36855142
if I eat a steak I'm a faggot apparently
>>
>>36855142
if you're still chatting shit like this you're an idiot, and if your body is running just fine on 30g P per meal you're training like a little bitch
>>
>>36855170
indeed you are

>>36855175
It's a scientific fact that muscle protein synthesis has a hard cap at 20~25 grams/meal. Some exceeding proteins can have a hormonal role. Too much exceeding proteins are bad for you and you shouldn't neglect to actually eat carbs to refuel your muscle tissues.
If you want more than 90g proteins/day you shall have more than 3 meals.
I doubt that your caveman poor mind is able to grasp these simple concepts.

fucking retard

its a scientific fact that your a faggot because you swallow 25-30 grams of cum a day.

>Clin Nutr. 2013 Apr; 32(2): 309–313.
>Several recent publications indicate that the maximum stimulation of muscle protein fractional synthetic rate occurs with intake of 20 to 30 gms protein. This finding has led to the concept that there is a maximal anabolic response to protein intake with a meal, and that the normal amount of protein eaten with dinner will generally exceed the maximally-effective intake of protein.
>We conclude that there is no practical upper limit to the anabolic response to protein or amino acid intake in the context of a meal.

>We found that more frequent consumption of meals containing between 30 and 45 g protein/meal produced the greatest association with leg lean mass and strength.

>Considerable debate has taken place over the safety and validity of increased protein intakes for both weight control and muscle synthesis
>A suggested maximum protein intake based on bodily needs, weight control evidence, and avoiding protein toxicity would be approximately of 25% of energy requirements at approximately 2 to 2.5 g x kg(-1) x d(-1), corresponding to 176 g protein per day for an 80 kg individual on a 12,000kJ/d diet. This is well below the theoretical maximum safe intake range for an 80 kg person (285 to 365 g/d).

The revirement between medfags seems to say that you may exceeds your per meal ratio, but the maximum intake to avoid toxicity is lower than you expect (25% total intake or 176g for an 80kg fag)

>>36855175
I always wondered how's the body of the faggots who claim they can eat hundreds of proteins multiple times a day
Too bad they never show off how to "properly train" (or the result of not "training like a little bitch")

so is this the new scientifically accepted golden ratio

As per April 7, 2016, it is. 30~45 is the new 20~30. Next month they'll say that x is a cap for MPS and y is the maximum anabolic response. The 25% maximum intake to avoid toxicity seems to imply that keto and low-carb diets are intricately cancerous.
>Dangers of excessive protein, defined as when protein constitutes > 35% of total energy intake, include hyperaminoacidemia, hyperammonemia, hyperinsulinemia nausea, diarrhea, and even death (the "rabbit starvation syndrome")

my 2¢: a 25% protein macro in the context of the whole day is probably your best shot. As per MPS, we saw different publications in older threads stating that timing doesn't really matter - or, it doesn't matter that much.

>https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3595342/>We conclude that there is no practical upper limit to the anabolic response to protein or amino acid intake in the context of a meal.

This is whole-body data, not looking at muscle tissue specifically. Most of the "anabolic response" is coming from turnover of gut epithelial cells and gut proteins.
>>
>>36856135
So, muscle protein synthesis is still bound to the ~30grams limit?

>>36855317
>my meals are 6 hours long

>>36856187
Yes, 0.4 g/kg per meal. This was determined with whey, however, and it might be somewhat higher in the real world with lower quality proteins as https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/27086196 reveals.

but it's not, and the papers cited here seem pretty clear.
