Hey /fit/, why am i so bloated all the fucking time? I wake up with a flat stomach, but by the late afternoon I'm a balloon. Is it something I'm eating? I've ruled out dairy and gluten. What I've eaten today:

- cappuccino
- apples
- state's
- oats
- Greek salad
- tuna steak
- chicken breast
- courgette
- cream cheese
- yogurt
- macaron (plz don't judge me, my boss brought them in and it was delicious)

Any ideas/ any bros have the same problem?

Drink more, consume less caffein. If bloating remains, try eliminating certain nutrient groups from your diet.

I knew a few people who had it, was triggered by gluten. Cut out the oats and bread and shit for a few weeks, see how you go.

you can continue a process of elimination, 2 weeks with no gluten followed by 2 weeks no lactose etc. I would recommend going to a doc to see if they can determine what it is.

You may be lactose intolerant. That doesn't mean you have to not eat dairy, just eat less of it. You can switch to lactose free milk (or soy milk). You can also get lactade and take that before you eat dairy products. I'm lactose intolerant but full blown. Lactose milk and lactade doesn't work too well for me so I drink soy. I cut out most dairy but not all. I also take a probiotic for my stomach and eat more fiber. Or maybe you feel bloated from holding in farts through the day?

OP it's because you are chronically dehydrated. I used to suffer from the same problem, but then I found out when your body doesn't get enough water, it retains it.

Drink a lot more water. Always have more water on you. Since I made a conscious effort to do this I've noticed my bloating has been highly reduced.
