lads, I'm in serious trouble. I moved to a small town with only on gym in a sixty mile radius. Their dumbells only go to 70lbs, and they have no squat rack or bench press. They do have some good machines and cable stations. I'll be replacing squats with leg presses, but can I replace bench press with the butterfly machine? If not, what's a better supplement? Also wtf do I do for OHP? I can do 70lbs dumbbell shoulder press for 3x10.

I would alsodo hill sprints, sled pull, push a car or a homemade prowler for legs.

I'll do dips for sure, and chinups too. Can't do handstand pushups, I get vertigo. My autismo is too apparent for me to be pushing a car or sled without looking like a complete retard.

I had a really good PPL routine that I've been doing for the past year. Finally able to do 2pl8 bench for reps. This sucks balls. I don't want to lose these gains, I don't think I can maintain them via body weight only.

go on r/bodywieghtfitness, not ideal but the higher progressions, perform in the 6-8 rep range will maintain and even increase your upper body strength, legs is pretty much a crapshoot unfortunately
