Alright /fit/, I'm a fatass, and I want to get in shape. Not like skinny, but more big in a muscular sense. I can lift quitem a bit of weight, but never used any actual weight equipment. How do I achieve any results? (Pic for body reference)

do a SS routine, like a reg sparks routine, then eat at a big deficit, at least 700-800, read the fucking sticky, and stop being a fat as fat ass

Also lose weight dude. Seriously for your health you should focus on calorie intake, not weight lifting. I doubt you would gain anything anyways, given you obviously eat like shit. Muscle is made in the kitchen, it is forged in the gym.
